For the 30th year in a row, Working Mother magazine has developed a list of the top 100 companies that offer the best benefits.
Twenty-two financial services companies made the list, including Capital One, Citi, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and American Express.
From the entry on Capital One:
Flex options, work-from-home positions and subsidized backup care (extended to all associates in 2014) are widely enjoyed. Managers can customize employees’ schedules when needed; for senior communications manager Sarah Brown, whose son has Down syndrome, that’s been a huge help: “They’ve let me reduce and adjust my hours so I could give him the love and support he needs,” she says.
It’s an interest read if anyone is wondering what benefits set companies apart and what can be expected in today’s business environment.
