$3.4 MILLION SETTLEMENT FOR COLLECTION FIRM
- Collection law firm Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson has agreed to settle a class-action lawsuit that it allegedly engaged in the illegal practice of law in California. The suit calls for the firm to pay a total of $3.4 million including $904,000 in attorney’s fees. The suit included more than 82,000 participants.
