ACA FILES REPLY TO FCC IN TCPA LAWSUIT
- The back-and-forth legal battle between ACA International and the Federal Communications Commission continued yesterday when the trade group filed a reply to the brief submitted by the regulator outlining its arguments as to why it was justified in issuing a declaratory ruling in how the Telephone Consumer Protection Act is interpreted. There is one more written step before the case either moves to oral arguments in front of the D.C. Court of Appeals or a ruling is issued.
