Atlanta, GA – March 4, 2016 – VoApps Inc., a privately held software-based solution provider for the Outsourced Business Services (“OBS”) industry, announced today that its board of directors has chosen Mark Chapman as the organization’s next Chief Executive Officer. Chapman succeeds Paul Iaffaldano, who stays on the board as lead investor.

Chapman was most recently with Vendormate, Inc., a SaaS-based healthcare company which automates the supply chain and vendor relationships for hospitals and health systems. Chapman was instrumental in the successful acquisition by GHX, Inc., a Thoma Bravo-backed company.
