How did you get your start in the industry? When I was in high school, I worked for my family’s law firm and one component of their business was debt collection.
Why have you stayed in this industry? I love working with people in the industry and helping them survive and thrive.
What is your career highlight so far? There was nothing more gratifying then taking the leap and starting our firm in 2013.

What is one thing you do better than everyone else? Developing meaningful relationships.
What do you like most about this industry? The constant change, there is never a boring day in this industry.
What is one thing you wish you could change about this industry? Taking away from people’s minds that this industry isn’t needed.
If you weren’t in this industry, what would you be doing? I probably would have ended up being an attorney.
Describe a typical work day. A typical day for me is being on calls from about 8am to 6pm every 20 minutes or so.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Don’t ever give up.
What are you currently reading? I wish I had the time to read more but with two young kids (8 months and 4 years old) it is really hard. The last book I read a few months back was a biography of Steve Jobs.
