CONSUMERS BORROWING MORE, PAYING MOST OF IT OFF
- Loan balances continue to rise while delinquency rates remain largely in check, according to a report issued this morning by TransUnion. Delinquency rates on unsecured personal loans and mortgages were down in the third quarter, compared with the same period a year ago, while delinquency rates on auto loans and credit cards were higher than last year.

She is running against a Democrat who owns a local movie theater.
