JURY AWARDS WOMAN $500,000 AFTER BEING HOUNDED BY DEBT BUYER
- A Missouri woman has been awarded $500,000 by a jury after she sued a debt buyer who refused to stop contacting her for a debt she did not owe. The woman, Lynn Dingwall, was originally sued by the debt buyer, Cach LLC, but the company did not show up for the court date. So Dingwall filed a counterclaim against Cach and found out the debt was actually a credit card cheapestwindowskey.com balance in the name of her late husband. The debt buyer could not explain cheap Windows 10 Professional Key how Dingwall’s name came to be associated with the debt.
