JUDGE DENIES REQUEST TO RECONSIDER SUMMARY JUDGMENT IN BOCK v. PRESSLER
- A federal judge in New Jersey has denied a request from a collection agency to reconsider a summary judgment award in favor of a plaintiff. The case, Bock v. Pressler & Pressler, involved the plaintiff alleging that the defendant overstated the amount go attorney involvement in the case when sending a collection letter.
