Convergent Outsourcing has announced the opening of a new, larger call center in Phoenix.
The site officially opened January 2, the company announced in a press release distributed today.
Calling it a “state-of-the-art” facility, the 22,000-square foot office space has 245 workstations, a training room, guest offices and a break room, the company announced.
“The decision to remain in and open a larger facility in the Phoenix, AZ area was a logical step in our business growth strategy,” said Adam Bury, Senior Vice President of Operations at Convergent Outsourcing, Inc. in a statement. “The area is rich with diverse talent from well-known prestigious colleges and universities as well as notable companies we already service and hope to work with in the future.”
