Coast Professional has announced a new hire and a pair of promotions.
Harold Wickline has joined the collection agency as senior vice president of operations. As well, the company has promoted Jonathan Prince to chief operating officer and Annemarie Buchanan to vice president of compliance.
Wickline has more than 40 years of experience in the ARM industry. He will be responsible for managing Coast’s operations department at both the Geneseo, N.Y., and West Monroe, La., offices, including team performance, setting performance targets, and identifying areas for process improvement.
“Harold brings rare experience, insight, and passion to Coast,” said company CEO Brian Davis, in a statement. “Over the past 40 years, Harold has created a reputation of a vast understanding of operational strategy and the drive to make a positive impact in the industry and in the lives of employees and the consumers we serve.”
Prince was most recently the vice president of operations. He has spent the past nine years at Coast and has 16 years of experience in the ARM industry. He joined the company in 2009 as director of operations.
Buchanan has been with Coast Professional since 2014. She will remain the company’s acting chief compliance officer. She was most recently the senior director of legal and regulatory affairs for the company. She has 16 years of experience in the ARM industry. She will be responsible for managing the company’s legal and regulatory and quality assurance departments, while overseeing the company’s legal counsel and corporate compliance initiatives.
