Kingston, Jamaica — Account Discovery Systems, LLC (ADS), a privately held third party receivables management firm out of Buffalo, New York; has successfully partnered with Tudor Consultants USA, Inc., a global provider of BPO services; to establish a 100-seat contact center in Jamaica. This expansion is the vision of ADS founder and CEO John Chebat to further develop and diversify the organizations service offerings to a more global client base.
“This facility will have a tremendous impact in Kingston and will represent a significant milestone for both companies,” said John Chebat. “Over the next 18 months, our goal is to add more than one hundred employees who will receive benefits such as free healthcare and free childcare. I am very proud that we can have such a positive effect on an area’s economy and people.”
Tudor Consultants USA, Inc. (TudorUSA) is a global business & professional services company that provides debt collections, revenue cycle management services, and BPO services which includes a multitude of options under the medical billing designation.
In a joint press release, TudorUSA President and CEO Dr. Murthy Devarabhotla stated, “Tudor Consultants USA is excited to sign this agreement and Memorandum of Understanding with ADS to provide services from our new state-of-the-art facility through our wholly owned subsidiary, Tudor Jamaica BPO Ltd. With the launch of this business venture, we are bringing a combined 150 new jobs and even greater opportunity to the Kingston area. In addition to this new agreement, we also agreed to cooperate in the areas of mutual interests like pharmaceuticals.”
ADS has decided to concentrate their expansion efforts internationally as they look to enter the first-party call center and pharmaceutical verticals. The organization believes such diversification into evolving markets can not only lead to greater organic growth but make the organization fiscally resistant to changes in the industry and economy.
