This past week, RightAway’s Compliance Forum 2018 was held in St. Charles, MO and brought together hundreds of creditors from around the country to discuss the latest and most up to date insight and information regarding compliance in the credit and collection industry. The event served also as an opportunity for creditors to network while listening and meeting an all-star lineup of some of the most renowned speakers in the ARM industry. The topics included vetting your vendors, debt sales, TCPA, call blocking and robocalls, the latest technologies amongst many more sessions. RightAway owner Nick Jarman commented on the event saying “I could not be more pleased with how the event unfolded. A special thanks goes out to the sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees that made this event a success.” Jarman said this will indeed be an annual event and he looks forward to upping the ante to make Compliance Forum 2019 event better than this year.
RightAway also already has dates and a location locked in for their next event, Debt Collection 2019 which will be held April 3rd – 5th, 2019 in Chicago, IL at the Trump International Hotel. The focus of this event will be on how to actually collect money in our current environment. While the recent event discussed all issues compliance, DCF 2019 will change gears with an emphasis on production, performance, and generating revenue.
