A pair of companies have announced they have joined forces “to bring the digital self-service revolution to debt collection.”
The companies — Zappix Inc. and Cloud Collections — have created the Zappix Digital Debt Collection solution.
“We are pleased to join forces with Cloud Collections and add efficiency and effectiveness to their debt collection process,” said Yossi Abraham, Zappix president, in a release announcing the new product. “Our digital, visual solution represents the next generation of self-service debt collection.”
According to the release, the new solution’s objectives are to “increase successful collection rates, automate the payment process, and lower costs.”
Automation and omnichannel collections have become the new trend in the ARM industry this year, thanks to companies like TrueAccord. Other firms, like Prodigal Technologies Scratch have also announced solutions that offer artificial intelligence or technology-focused collection solutions.
Customers using the Zappix platform will be able to communicate with individuals via SMS text messaging and email “to directly encourage fast and simple payment,” the companies said.
