In this role, Whitney will ensure that CenterPoint Legal Solutions provides the best possible experience for clients while assisting with the continued expansion of the Company’s full-service solution offerings.

Whitney Carpenter comes to CenterPoint Legal Solutions with over 10 years of experience in litigation, acquisitions, compliance, and legal collections oversight. Whitney joins CenterPoint from JH Capital where she served as the Senior Performance Manager of Legal Outsourcing, managing law firms and legal networks to implement best practices. Prior to that, Mrs. Carpenter was the Assistant Vice President of Litigation Operations, Acquisitions Client Services Manager, and Auditor- Service Provider Compliance at PRA Group. In these roles, she was responsible for the overall managing of collections activities within assigned areas, establishing productive working relationships with clients, and conducting audit activities with recovery service providers. Mrs. Carpenter also held key roles at Exclusively Legal and The United States Department of Justice.
