Reliant Capital Solutions has announced it is expanding its headquarters in Ohio in order to hire an additional 120 employees.
The company purchased a building next to its current headquarters in Gahanna, Ohio and is in the process of renovating it to accommodate its expansion plans.
“Reliant is growing rapidly, and we need additional space and employees to meet our increasing needs,” said Margie Brickner, Reliant’s President and Chief Executive, in a published report. “By offering new services, such as customer service support, we anticipate further growth.”
This marks the second planned expansion for Reliant this year. The company previously announced it was moving its New York office into a larger location and was hiring an additional 150 employees to staff it.
“In addition to adding space, we are thrilled to create new jobs in Central Ohio,” Brickner said. “Our client service team is the backbone of our company. At Reliant, we are committed to creating a culture of mutual respect and providing opportunities for employees to advance their careers and succeed professionally.”
