How did you get your start in the industry?
I applied for a collector position not knowing at all what that meant, but I knew I loved to talk to people.
When or how are you most productive?
When I am being challenged. In this industry, things are always changing and keeping up can be challenging but that’s what keeps me interested and excited about what I do.
Which industry professional do you admire most?
I would have to say my boss Rick Bonitzer. He is extremely knowledgeable and always makes sure we have the best technology to be able to excel in our positions.
What is one thing you do better than everyone else?
Multitask.
What do you like most about this industry?
The ever-changing technology and how every day is different.
What is one thing you wish you could change about this industry?
Restrictions!!
If you weren’t in this industry, what would you be doing?
I have a degree as a Professional Nanny. I would probably be doing something that involves children.
Describe a typical work day.
I’m not sure there is a typical workday. Everyday is different. I spend a lot of time assisting clients in issues they may have and assisting our staff with an questions they may have that need to be directed to our clients.
