Orion Capital Solutions, a nationally licensed collection agency located in New York, is helping to feed nearby communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Orion team volunteered at Feedmore WNY to pack emergency food and assemble lunches for delivery to neighbors in need.
Headquartered in Buffalo, NY, Feedmore WNY is the new, larger, nonprofit organization that is the result of the merger between Meals on Wheels WNY and The Food Bank for Western New York. They distribute approximately 11,315,544 meals each year to those struggling with hunger. The organization serves the Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, and Niagara counties in Western New York.
With the recent outbreak of COVID-19, Feedmore WNY is working furiously to prepare for the potential expansion of illness throughout its communities. Orion Capital’s management and staff believe in helping their neighbors in need, especially during this difficult time when so many are struggling.

Feedmore WNY delivers nutritious food to elderly and homebound neighbors as well as provides shelf-stable emergency food packs for those in need such as children and families. With the threat of COVID-19 uncertainty looming, the challenge of securing nutritious food has grown. The organization’s mission is not only to feed Western New Yorkers of all ages but also to offer dignity, hope, and a brighter future by providing nutritious food, friendship, and skills training to Western New York neighbors in need through its Meals on Wheels Program, Food Bank Program, and Community Center.
