The Florida Collectors Association is excited to announce that it will be hosting its next hybrid annual conference October 6th – 8th, 2021 in Sarasota, Florida again, at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota right on the bay just like our successful conference last year. Like the event in 2020, you can attend live and in-person, virtually, or a combination of both all while staying safe and staying informed of some of the most sweeping changes our industry has seen in decades.
The hotel and the association did a great job last year taking all the necessary precautions to ensure that individuals remained safe and will do the same this year. “We’re so happy to put 2020 in our rearview mirror and during a time when there is so much change in our industry happening, I can’t think of a better place I would want to be then at the FCA annual conference,” said Matt Kiefer, the president of the Florida Collectors Association. “I would urge members from other state associations to think about attending as well and you might as well bring your families because they deserve a break too. “
Members of agencies or collection attorneys in and outside the state of Florida can benefit from attendance. Those outside that collect within the state will especially benefit by avoiding unnecessary litigation and staying proactive.
