The firm is based in Wenatchee, Washington and continues to be managed by founders Albert Rookard, Tim Carson, and Tom Rasmussen. In March of 2020, ARM industry veteran Harry Strausser III joined their team as Vice President of Business Development after selling his Pa.-based collection firm.
Today, Strausser has assumed the position of President of Applied Innovation effective February 1, 2021.
