(“DCMS”), a portfolio company of NMS Capital (“NMS”) announced today that Michael Rosenthal has been appointed CEO, and former CEO, Tim Bauer, has been appointed to the DCMS Board of Directors. These new appointments support the company’s vision for continued excellence and growth.
Bauer commented on these appointments, “I joined DCMS as CEO in 2017, and the last four and a half years have been the greatest experience of my career.
