Describe a typical work day
It depends on if I am training or not. If I’m not training I would be making collection calls, helping collectors with manager calls or difficult calls, reviewing calls, answering emails, and doing side-by-sides with my collection staff. If I am training – then I am spending all day with my new hire reviewing, shadowing, coaching, etc.
What is your guilty pleasure?
I love to play video games, card games, etc. with my husband and friends.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
You have the power to do anything you want as long as you put your mind to it and believe its possible. Power of positivity is the motto I live by.
