Describe a typical work day.
I start my day by reviewing the month-to-date reports, confirming how I’m staffed for the day, and getting ready for any issues that might need to be addressed that day. This is followed by audits and strategic planning, meetings, etc.

What is the best advice you have ever received?
Inspect what you expect. Although we rely on others to do what we expect from them, it’s always good to go check and ensure that you are getting what you are expecting.
