Linda Woodward won’t apologize for being a serious person when the situation calls for it. She also won’t apologize for her love of Detroit rhythmic style quad roller skating. While those two things appear to be polar opposites of one another, they are part and parcel to explaining what makes Linda who she is. Read on to learn more about Linda, what “think” time is if you see it on her calendar, and how she would like to turn her love of logistics into an opportunity to see the world.
Name: Linda Woodward
Job Title: SVP Strategic Solutions
Company: Content Critical Solutions, Inc.
Length of time at current company: 10 months
Length of time in industry: 16 years
How did you get your start in the industry?
I was hired by Dan Buckley, the Dan of DANTOM, to be the first PMP-certified Project Manager at DANTOM System, Inc. which later became RevSpring, Inc.
What is your career highlight so far?
I was proud to be asked to present to non-ARM industry print and mail companies on security, processing, and client relationship management, ensuring third-party privacy practices during the Hunstien, Eleventh Circuit Third Party case.
When or how are you most productive?
I am inspired by meeting people from various industries during trade shows, conferences, and/or client meetings. The exchange of education and experiences in each other’s industries and how we support each other is invigorating.
Which industry professional do you admire most?
I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the best people in the industry in various roles. I am thankful for so many professionals for many different reasons, including, but not limited to.
- Stephanie Eidelman, Entrepreneur and Champion Supporter
- Dan Waldecker, USPS Postal Services Savant
- Nick Michael, Agency Operations
- Leslie Bender, Legal/Compliance Educator
What is one thing you do better than everyone else?
Collaborate. By bridging messages between agencies and consumers and fostering business partnerships, I facilitate communication by promoting growth and recognition for individuals and companies. I promote meaningful connections by driving success in various spheres.
What do you like most about this industry?
Adaptation. It’s impressive how consumer communication within the ARM industries has leveraged regulations and compliance challenges to become the leaders in security, efficiency, and customer service. Adapting to such stringent standards pushed businesses to move at a faster pace than others, showcasing their capability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while delivering exceptional results.

What is one thing you wish you could change about this industry?
For print and mailers to no longer be seen as just print and mail within the ARM industry. Print and mailers are critical to the industry; we are communication strategists’ specialists. It’s about understanding the message and selecting the right medium to reach the target audience effectively. Integrating various communication channels like web portals, text, email, and print creates a cohesive and impactful strategy. It’s a testament to how technology has transformed the industry into a comprehensive solution provider for modern communication needs.
If you weren’t in this industry, what would you be doing?
Logistics stage manager of a major rock band traveling the globe.
Describe a typical work day.
Yes, I actually start my day by reading AccountsRecovery.net. It keeps me educated and updated on the many changes going on in the ARM industry. From there, I hit my “to-do” list, which I update continuously. Check-in with operations, clients, and industry, research new ideas, document ordinary tasks to complete, and note items to start the next day with. Plus, I always try to block some “think” time on my calendar.
What is your guilty pleasure?
There’s nothing guilty about it. I am passionate about Detroit rhythmic style quad roller skating. This is a specific type of roller skating unique to Detroit. It’s based on the synchronization of smooth turns and pivots done in conjunction with the beat of the music, not just skating in an oval while the music is playing.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
Stay focused on doing your best at what you do best. It will be noticed and recognized by the right people. – Rich Turner
What are you currently reading?
“Peace From Broken Pieces” by Iyanla Vanzant
What is one fact you’d like everyone in the industry to know about you?
The phrase I’ve heard most often once people get to know me well enough is, “You’re not like I thought you’d be.” Yes, I am a serious person; I need to be, but not always.
Who would you like to see answer these questions?
Jason Rabago from Payment Savvy and Nora Golden from Quantrax Corporation.
