I love focusing on operational improvements. One highlight has been the recent implementation of TCN as our telephony system, which has delivered significant financial and operational benefits.
When or how are you most productive?
I am most productive in the morning and when working under strict deadlines.

While I don’t have a specific person in mind, I greatly admire the work and educational resources provided by the ACA.
What is one thing you do better than everyone else?
I may not do one thing better than everyone else, but I excel at staying organized and managing multiple projects simultaneously. I thrive on a full plate and am always looking for ways to improve.

I love that there is always something new to learn or implement, which keeps the work dynamic and engaging.

The constant regulatory changes that create unnecessary barriers for businesses and professionals.
