About Michael Krupinski
Michael brings over 20 years of business development experience, with a strong background in collections, compliance, and client acquisition. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development at ConServe, where he successfully led sales initiatives across government, higher education, and private sectors. His work played a pivotal role in securing and expanding major contracts while driving strategic growth in a highly regulated industry.
At Optio, Michael will help lead our 1st-party and 3rd-party sales efforts, focusing on new business acquisition, solution-based selling, and building lasting partnerships across diverse industries.

With over 25 years of proven success in the financial services, healthcare, and property management industries, Ian brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to Optio’s expanding national sales efforts.
Ian will lead Optio’s strategic growth initiatives across its 1st-party and 3rd-party collections services. He will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and driving revenue growth by offering innovative, compliant, and performance-driven solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.
Prior to joining Optio, Ian held senior leadership positions at Automated Collection Services, Inc. (ACSI), where he played a key role in expanding the company’s reach by launching new verticals, including healthcare and property management collections. He has a demonstrated track record of surpassing quotas, negotiating large-scale contracts, and building successful, long-term relationships with clients at all levels.
