MADISON, Wisc. — State is pleased to announce the promotion of Brandon Huisman to Vice President of Digital Communications and Operational Strategy.
Huisman joined State in 2022, bringing more than 15 years of receivables management analytics and communication strategy expertise. In this new role, he will lead the Business Intelligence, Information Technology Technical Project Management and Dialer teams. He will continue to drive operational efficiencies and recoveries through data analytics and campaign design, as well as cultivating strategic relationships with many of State’s technology partners.
