InterProse has appointed Ron Totaro and Ray Peloso to its Board of Directors, adding two seasoned executives in fintech, lending, and software as the company accelerates growth of its cloud-based debt recovery platform ACE following a strategic investment from Wingman Growth Partners earlier this year.
The appointments come as InterProse continues scaling ACE, its web-based accounts receivable management platform designed for agencies, creditors, and government entities. The company has been positioning the platform as a modern alternative to legacy systems, with a focus on compliance, automation, and digital consumer engagement in regulated financial environments.
Totaro brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across fintech, payments, and enterprise software. His background includes serving as CEO of Tassat Group and Partsearch Technologies, along with senior roles at ACI Worldwide, Pitney Bowes, and FICO. He also advises private equity-backed companies and portfolio management teams, with a focus on scaling regulated technology businesses.
Peloso joins the board with more than 25 years of experience spanning lending, collections technology, and customer operations. He is currently President of MBSi Corp. and previously served as Chief Client Officer at Finvi and CEO of Katabat, where he led product modernization initiatives and oversaw a strategic sale in 2021.
In a statement, Totaro said the combination of technology, leadership, and financial backing at InterProse creates a strong foundation for expansion. He highlighted the company’s positioning in regulated markets and its focus on automation and AI-driven engagement as key growth drivers.
Kyle Nelson, CEO and President of InterProse, said Totaro’s experience in payments and growth-stage companies will support the company as it scales ACE. He pointed to the increasing demand for modern infrastructure in debt recovery and compliance-driven financial services as InterProse expands its market presence.
Peloso said he views InterProse as well positioned for accelerated growth, citing the strength of its platform and support from Wingman Growth Partners. He emphasized opportunities to advance product innovation, strengthen compliance outcomes, and support long-term expansion.
Nelson also underscored Peloso’s background in consumer lending and software transformation, noting his experience will help guide development of ACE and the company’s RAINMAKER AI capabilities. He said the additions reflect InterProse’s broader strategy to deepen its leadership bench while scaling its technology offering.
InterProse provides cloud-native software for the accounts receivable management industry. Its flagship platform, ACE, enables organizations to modernize operations, improve compliance workflows, and enhance consumer engagement through a fully web-based system. The company continues to expand its capabilities as demand grows for digital-first debt recovery and financial operations tools.
