LOS ANGELES, September 8, 2026 — USCB America is pleased to announce that Seth DeForest has joined the company as Vice President of Operations. DeForest brings 27 years of industry experience and extensive expertise in operational leadership, quantitative analysis, portfolio management, training and development, and budgeting and reporting.
Most recently, DeForest served as President of AmSher Collection Services, Inc., where he previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer. During his nearly two decades with the company, he played a key role in its strategic transformation from a regional agency into a national one.

DeForest’s experience spans the financial services, telecommunications, cable, healthcare, and utility industries. He holds of Bachelor of Arts in English Teaching from the University of New Hampshire.
