The Weekly Brainstorm offers you the chance to interact with your peers in small-group breakout-room sessions aimed at providing feedback and perspectives on the important issues facing the credit and collection industry. Sessions will be held every Thursday and will last for approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

Participants will be split into breakout rooms in Zoom for a 10-to-12 minute discussion about a pre-announced topic. After the 10 to 12 minutes, the individuals will be re-sorted into different breakout rooms for the same discussion, but with a different group of people, thus providing twice as many perspectives.
