I changed my career path in the early 90’s moving from Escrow Title/Mortgage industry to Telecommunications.

Meeting and learning from some of the most talented people in the industry that have helped shape me as a leader and grow my career.
When or how are you most productive?
I am most productive when I am challenged.
Which industry professional do you admire most?
My admiration is most held for the men and women in the industry that supervise and manage the day to day grind. Without them, the industry would not be where it is today.
What is one thing you do better than everyone else?
I may not do it better than anyone else, but I bring people together to create high-performing teams.
What do you like most about this industry?
The industry is always changing and forcing you as a leader to change. It’s tough but full of opportunities to show what you’re made of.
What is one thing you wish you could change about this industry?
The uneducated government oversight. I agree that most industry should be regulated. However to regulate properly one has to understand the industry.

Local government, grassroots change leadership.
